摘要
目的研究髓内钉置入固定与切开复位钢板固定治疗肱骨骨折的效果。方法回顾性分析65例肱骨骨折患者,其中30例患者行髓内钉置入固定手术治疗,35例患者行切开复位钢板固定手术治疗。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、肩关节功能评分以及术后并发症发生情况。结果A组患者手术时间、术中出血量和骨折愈合时间明显小于B组(P<0.05);两组患者优良率均高达90%以上且差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组患者发生切口感染、关节功能障碍、桡神经损伤、骨折延时愈合等并发症的发生率低于B组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论髓内钉置入固定与切开复位钢板固定治疗肱骨骨折均有较好的效果,但是髓内钉置入固定手术治疗可减少手术时间,使患者更快恢复。
Objective To study the effect of intramedullary nail placement and open reduction plate fixation in the treatment of humerus fractures.Methods 65 patients with humerus fractures were retrospectively analyzed.30 patients underwent intramedullary nail placement and fixed surgery.35 patients underwent open reduction and fixed plate surgery.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time,shoulder function score and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time of group A were significantly lower than those of group B(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the two groups were more than 90%and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The incidence of complications such as wound infection,joint function disturbance,radial nerve injury,and delayed fracture healing was lower in group A than in group B,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Intramedullary nail placement and open reduction and plate fixation have a good effect in the treatment of humerus fractures.However,intramedullary nail placement and fixation can reduce the operation time and make patients recover faster.
