摘要
目的探究髋关节置换术在股骨头坏死(ONFH)患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析接受人工髋关节置换术治疗的48例ONFH患者(研究组)和接受传统股骨头置管术治疗的48例ONFH患者(对照组)临床资料。比较两组患者手术前1d及手术3个月后髋关节功能(Harris评分)水平、日常生活活动能力(Barthel评分)水平,统计两组患者手术3个月后并发症发生率。结果手术3个月后,两组患者Harris评分及Barthel评分较手术前均有显著提升,观察组提升幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论髋关节置管术治疗ONFH的临床效果显著,能够有效提升ONFH患者的日常生活活动能力,降低并发症发生几率。
Objective To investigate the effect of hip arthroplasty in patients with ONFH.Methods The clinical data of 48 ONFH patients who underwent artificial hip arthroplasty(study group)and 48 patients with ONFH who underwent conventional femoral head catheterization(control group)were retrospectively analyzed.The hip function(Harris score)level and activities of daily living(Barthel score)were compared between the two groups before surgery and 3 months after surgery.The complication rate of the two groups was calculated after 3 months of operation.Results After 3 months of operation,the Harris score and Barthel score of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the operation.The increase of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of total complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of hip catheterization for the treatment of ONFH is significant,which can effectively improve the activities of daily living of patients with ONFH and reduce the incidence of complications.
