摘要
本文从熔炼工艺、蠕化处理、检测优化三个方面阐述了大型船用蠕墨铸铁件生产的工艺要点,并通过工艺要点控制,实现了对大型船用蠕铁件的批量稳定生产。
It is of great practical significance to explore and improve the technological process of large marine vermicular Graphite iron cylinder.This article expounds the key points of the production process of large marine vermicular graphite iron cylinder from three aspects:melting process,vermicularizing treatment,and detection optimization.And through the control of process points,realized mass and stable production of large marine vermicular graphite iron cylinder.
