摘要
家庭农场是未来中国农业微观经营组织的重要形式,是整合农村资源以实现农业发展、促进农户增收的新途径。家庭农场主希望通过土地、资本、劳动力等生产要素的投入实现经济效益最大化,同时,家庭农场主获得经济效益的多少及其对经济效益满意程度的高低直接决定着其能否长期存续和发展。获得集中成片、规模适度、期限稳定的土地是家庭农场生存发展的前提和基础,而实现众多小农户的分散零碎承包地向家庭农场集中的渠道和纽带是土地流转,那么,土地流转无疑会对家庭农场经济效益产生影响。
Family farm is an important form of agricultural micro-management organization in China in the future and a new way to integrate rural resources in order to achieve agricultural development and increase farmers'income.Family farmers hope to maximize their economic benefits through input of land,capital,labor and other factors of production.At the same time,the size and satisfaction degree of family farm to obtain economic benefits also directly determine its long-term survival and development.The premise and foundation for the survival and development of family farms is to acquire land which is concentrate into pieces,moderate in scale and stable in term.Land transfer is the channel and link to realize the centralization of small farmers'scattered and fragmented contracts to family farms,so land transfer will undoubtedly have an impact on the economic benefits of family farms.
