催化汽油加氢脱硫装置稳定塔堵塞原因分析及对策 被引量:1

Cause analysis and countermeasures for stabilizer column blocking in FCC gasoline hydrodesulfurization unit

摘要 针对中国石油兰州石化公司催化汽油加氢脱硫装置稳定塔上部塔盘堵塞、塔顶空气冷却器堵塞以及稳定塔操作紊乱,导致重汽油腐蚀不合格的问题,分析了结垢物溶解性及组分,考察了原料性质及缓蚀剂对结垢物的影响,并提出改进措施。结果表明:堵塞结垢物的形成主要与使用水溶性缓蚀剂有关;改用油溶性缓蚀剂后,稳定塔回流罐酸性水的pH值平均为8.05,铁离子质量浓度平均为1.78 mg/L,其合格率平均在94%以上,塔顶与回流罐之间的压差稳定在0.04 MPa,塔顶压力(0.85~0.90 MPa)、温度(115~125℃)和回流量(16~20 t/h)均控制稳定,重汽油产品合格率达到100%,负荷率提高至100%;缓蚀剂加注量从0.10 t/d降低至0.05 t/d,可节约成本约20万元/a,同时可减少除盐水用量365 t/a。 Aiming at the problem of heavy gasoline corrosion unqualified due to the blocking of the upper tray of the stabilizer column,the blocking of the air cooler on the top of the column and the disordered operation of the stabilizer in the catalytic gasoline hydrodesulfurization unit.The solubility and composition of the scale were analyzed.The properties of feed and the effect of corrosion inhibitors on the scale were investigated and the improvement measures were put forward.The results showed that the formation of fouling was mainly related to the use of water-soluble corrosion inhibitors.After using oil soluble corrosion inhibitor,the average pH value of acid water in reflux tank of stabilizer was 8.05,the average iron ion concentration was 1.78 mg/L and the average qualified rate was over 94%.The pressure difference between the top of tower and reflux tank was stabilized at 0.04 MPa,the column top pressure(0.85-0.90 MPa),temperature(115-125℃)and reflux volume(16-20 t/h)were all under stable control,the qualified rate(corrosion)of heavy gasoline products had reached 100%,and the load rate was increased to 100%;the amount of inhibitor injection was reduced from 0.10 t/d to 0.05 t/d,which could save about 0.2 million yuan/a of cost and reduce the amount of desalted water by 365 t/a at the same time.
