摘要
银川机场黄河特大桥主桥桥跨布置为96m简支钢桁梁+2联3×168m连续钢桁梁柔性拱+96m简支钢桁梁。该桥规模大、工期短,是银川至西安高铁的控制性工程。通过方案研究,主桥钢桁梁柔性拱创造性地采用"桥梁下部结构与上部结构原位同步施工、连续钢桁梁与柔性拱同步施工"的施工方案,既保证了施工质量,又有效降低了施工难度、缩短了工期,经济效益、社会效益显著,可为同类桥梁施工提供借鉴。
The main span of Yinchuan Airport Yellow River Bridge is arranged as follows:96 m simply supported steel truss gir-der+2 connected 3×168 m continuous steel truss flexible arch+96 m simply supported steel truss girder.The bridge is a large-scale and short-term control project of Yinchuan-Xi’an High-speed Railway.Thr-ough the scheme study,the flexible arch of the rigid truss beam of the main bridge creatively adopts the construction method of"synchronous construction in situ of the lower structure and the upper structure of the bridge,synchronous construction of the continuous rigid truss beam and the flexible arch",which not only ensures the construction quality,but also effectively reduces the construction difficulty,shortens the construction period,and achieves certain economic and social benefits.It can provile reference for similar bridge construction.
