摘要
随着我国基础设施领域建设规模不断扩大,安全事故随之频发。为解决建设项目安全隐患排查治理活动中存在的突出问题,选取试点项目,与现场施工管理同步研发了信息化管理软件“智管云”。通过对软件中视频集成模块、隐患排查模块和智能分析数据模块的研发与应用,有效提高了施工现场安全隐患排查治理水平。随后在21个项目进行推广应用,取得了良好的效果,达到“提前想到、提前发现、提前消除”安全隐患的目的。“智管云”软件的研发和应用,可有效减少人力资源投入,提高工作效率的同时,又能确保数据的准确性和及时性,管理效果和经济效益显著。
With the continuous expansion of China’s infrastructure construction,safety accidents also occur frequently.In order to solve the outstanding problems in the investigation and treatment of potential safety hazards in construction projects,pilot projects were selected and the information management software "smart management cloud" was developed simultaneously with the on-site construction management.Through the development and application of video integration module,hidden danger detection module and intelligent analysis data module in the software,the level of hidden danger detection and management in the construction site was effectively improved.Then,it was applied in 21 projects,and achieved good results,reaching the purpose of "thinking ahead of time,discovering ahead of time and eliminating ahead of time" safety hazards.The development and application of "smart management cloud"software can effectively reduce human resources investment,improve work efficiency,ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data,and achieve significant management effect and economic benefits.
