摘要
以山西省属企业阳泉煤业(集团)有限责任公司(以下简称"阳煤集团")厂办大集体改革实践为例,分析了阳煤集团近年厂办大集体改革现状及瓶颈难点,旨在从改革瓶颈难题中探索对策及路径。
Taking the practice of factory owned collective reform of Yangquan Coal Industry(Group)Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Yangquan Coal Group")Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and bottleneck difficulties of Yangquan Coal Group large collective in recent years,aiming at exploring countermeasures and paths from the bottleneck problems of reform.
