摘要
骨髓瘤和转移瘤均为脊柱常见的恶性病变,它们的临床症状和影像表现相似。当患者仅以腰痛就诊时,正确的诊断对患者的进一步检查和治疗尤为重要。作者从CT、PET-CT和MRI在多发性骨髓瘤及转移瘤鉴别中的应用进行综述。
Myeloma and metastasis are common malignant lesions of the spine,and their clinical symptoms and imaging manifestations are similar.When patients only see a doctor with back pain,a correct diagnosis is particularly important for further examination and treatment of patients.This article reviews the application of CT,PET-CT and MRI in the differential diagnosis of multiple myeloma and metastasis.
