摘要
目的探讨微信平台教育联合分层管理培训对神经外科手术器械准备完善率及医师满意度的影响。方法选取我院神经外科2017年1月至2018年12月收治的手术患者90例,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规管理模式,观察组采取微信平台教育联合分层管理培训。比较两组手术器械准备完善率及医师满意度。结果观察组手术器械准备完善率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组医师满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微信平台教育联合分层管理培训在神经外科手术器械管理中的应用,能提高手术器械准备完善率,有助于提升医师满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of WeChat platform education combined with hierarchical management training on the perfection rate of neurosurgery surgical instruments preparation and physician satisfaction.Methods To select 90 cases of surgical patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group adopted a conventional management model,and the observation group adopted WeChat platform education combined with hierarchical management training to compare the perfection rate of surgical instrument preparation and physician satisfaction in the two groups.Results The perfection rate of surgical instrument preparation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The physician satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of WeChat platform education combined with hierarchical management training in neurosurgery surgical instrument management can improve the perfection rate of surgical equipment preparation and improve physician satisfaction.
