摘要
葛根为临床常用中药,其临床应用广泛,运用葛根治疗风湿病,取得了一定疗效。结合临床病例,探讨运用葛根治疗强直性脊柱炎、干燥综合征、痛风3种风湿病的中医理论基础、现代药理依据、临床疗效和注意事项,以期为风湿病的治疗提供借鉴。
Pueraria root is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice, which is widely used to treat a variety of diseases including rheumatism with certain curative effect. Cases of ankylosing spondylitis, Sjogren’s syndrome and gout were introduced to explore the TCM theoretical and modern pharmacological basis, as well as clinical efficacy and related concerns of using pueraria root in the treatment of rheumatism.
