摘要
为研究不同品种羔羊初生重的影响因素,收集了新疆某公司种羊示范场2015-2017年间4个品种1000条产羔记录,应用SAS 8.1软件的GLM程序对影响羔羊初生重的5个因素(出生年度、出生月份、品种、性别、产羔类型)进行方差分析。结果表明,出生年度、出生月份、品种、性别、产羔类型对羔羊初生重均有极显著影响(P<0.01)。该研究为通过加强饲养提高羔羊的初生重和下一步估计遗传参数和育种值时确定模型中的固定效应提供一定的依据,也为肉羊的选种选育提供数据支撑。
In the present study,the influencing factors of the birth weight of different breeds of lambs were analyzed.A total of 1000 lambing records from a xinjiang breeding sheep demonstration farm for 3 years were collected during 2015-2017.The GLM program of SAS 8.1 software was used to analyze the variance of five factors(birth year,birth month,breed,sex,and lambing type)that influenced the birth weight.The results showed that birth year,birth month,breed,sex,and lambing type had a significant effect on lamb's birth weight(P<0.01).This study provides a theoretical basis for increasing lamb birth weight through intensive feeding,and also for determining the fixed effect in the model for estimating the genetic parameters and breeding value,at the same time,provides data support for mutton sheep breeding.
