摘要
为有效提升大口径火炮的发射速度,满足大口径火炮电击发底火自动装填装置可靠性设计的要求,提出对大口径火炮电击发装置中连接击针和电击发装置的关键件进行设计与优化,利用有限元软件对关键件进行仿真,并对簧片安装孔深度及厚度等参数进行优化分析,最终设计一种能够长寿命高可靠工作的大口径火炮关键件,能够用于机-电两用击发装置,保证大口径火炮可靠击发。
To effectively promote large caliber guns launch speed and to satisfy the reliability design requirements of large caliber guns firing primer automatic loading device,this paper put forward that the key component leaf spring which connects the firing pin and electric firing mechanism in large caliber guns electric firing mechanism should be designed and optimized.Besides,this paper tried to simulate the key component with finite element software,and analyzed and optimized parameters,such as the depth and thickness of leaf spring installation.Finally,a kind of key component of large caliber guns with long life and high reliability was designed,which can be applied to electromechanical dual-purpose firing mechanism to ensure large caliber guns reliable firing.
