摘要
探究定喘汤加减与西药联用治疗小儿哮喘的临床治疗效果。选择2018年6月—2019年6月会宁县柴家门镇卫生院接收的82例小儿哮喘患儿的临床资料作为实验对象,分为对照组和实验组,每组各41例。对照组患儿采用常规西医治疗方案,实验组患儿在对照组的基础上加用定喘汤加减作为治疗方案。治疗完成后评价两组患儿的治疗总有效率,分析组间差异。结果表明,实验组患儿在治疗完成后,其小儿哮喘状况改善良好,总有效率与对照组相比更为显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗时,应用定喘汤加减作为治疗小儿哮喘的方案,可改善哮喘患儿的临床症状,对于哮喘患儿的康复有积极的促进作用。
The research explored clinical treatment effect of anti-asthma soup combined with western medicine treatment on infantile asthma.82 patients with infantile asthma from June,2018 to June,2019 in Huining County,Chaijiamen Town Health Center were regarded as the experimental objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group,with 41 patients in each group.Control group received routine western medicine treatment,and the experimental group received anti-asthma soup on the basis of western medicine treatment.Total treatment effective rates of two groups were analyzed.The result showed that after treatment,improvement of two groups was evaluated.There was statistically significant difference,compared with the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment,anti-asthma soup can be applied.It can improve the clinical symptoms of infantile asthma,and play positive role in the recovery of infantile asthma.
