摘要
浙江省正努力打造人才生态最优省份,浙江各高校将海外高层次人才引进作为人事工作的重点之一,加快精准引才步伐。但是,海外高层次人才引进受制于引才成本高、经费有限等因素,需要通过“精准引才”提升引才效能。本文从海外高层次人才引进现状进行分析,结合“精准引才”要求,从门槛设定、学科差异性、培养管理等角度出发,对海外高层次人才引进存在的问题提出对策建议。
Zhejiang Province has made great efforts to build a good talent ecosystem.Meanwhile,colleges and universities are taking the introduction of overseas high-level talents as one of the key emphasis in personnel affairs.However,due to the restricted factors including high cost recruitment,limited funding,etc.,the efficiency of talents introduction can be improved only through"targeted introduction".This paper reviews the current situation of overseas talent introduction carried by Zhejiang,and proposes some strategies of overseas high-level talents targeted introduction from the perspective of requirements setting,disciplinary differences,training management,etc.
