摘要
研究近5年澳大利亚棉花质量变化情况。根据2015年~2019年检测大数据,分析澳大利亚棉花品质指标的主体范围,总结不同主体指标各等级分布情况及变化规律。对澳大利亚棉花品级、长度、马克隆值合同品质符合率开展研究,发现不同指标不同时间段品质符合率高低点。结合大数据中单个棉包实际检测数据分布情况,探讨澳大利亚棉花质量变化趋势。认为:近5年澳大利亚棉花品质一致性好,主体品质占比大,主体指标范围品质符合率高,数据分布逐渐由低等级向高等级转移,澳大利亚棉花竞争力逐渐增强。
The quality change situation of Australian cotton in the past five years was studied.Based on the testing big data from 2015 to 2019,the main scope of Australian cotton quality indicators were analyzed.The distribu⁃tion situation of each grade and changes rule of different main body indicators were summarized.The contract quality compliance rate of Australian cotton grade,length,and micronaire value were studied.The high and low points of contract quality compliance rate for different indicatorsin different time periods were found.Combining the distribu⁃tion situation of actual test data of individual bales in big data,the change trend of Australian cotton was discussed.It is considered that the quality consistency of Australian cotton in the past five years is better.The proportion of main body quality is larger.The quality compliance rate of the main body index range is higher.The data distribution has been gradually shifted from low grade to high grade.The competitiveness of Australian cotton has been gradually strengthened.
