摘要 为实现沁裕煤矿15号易燃煤层工作面的安全回采,以15103工作面为例,提出采空区遗煤自燃综合防治技术,设计增大高抽巷抽采流量、埋管灌注黄泥浆、封堵上下隅角、喷洒阻燃剂等作为日常防火措施,注氮系统作为采空区灭火措施,应用期间束管监测结果表明,设计的综合防灭火措施能够抑制采空区遗煤的氧化反应,防止采空区自燃现象的发生,实现了工作面的安全高效生产。 In order to realize the safe recovery of No.15 flammable coal seam face in Qinyu Coal Mine,taking the 15103 face as an example,the comprehensive prevention and control technology for spontaneous combustion of coal left in the goaf is proposed,and the design is to increase the drainage flow of the high extraction roadway and the buried pipe to inject the yellow mud,Blocking the upper and lower corners,spraying flame retardants and other daily fire prevention measures,designing a nitrogen injection system as a fire-fighting measure in the goaf,and the monitoring results of the beam tube during the application show that the designed comprehensive fire-fighting measures can suppress the oxidation of the coal left in the goaf.The reaction prevents spontaneous combustion in the goaf and realizes safe and efficient production of the working face.
