摘要
目的探讨1~3期帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)患者的纯音听阈及差别阈的特征。方法对32例PD患者(PD组)和32例健康人(对照组)进行纯音听阈、频率差辨别阈和强度差辨别阈检测,比较两组结果。结果PD组1000、2000、4000、6000、8000 Hz纯音听阈显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。PD组男、女性频率差辨别阈分别为81.19±17.10、85.53±45.13 Hz;对照组分别为43.93±31.20、46.04±51.57 Hz;PD组男、女性强度差辨别阈分别为5.39±1.40、4.99±1.89 dB;对照组分别为2.39±0.87、4.22±2.05 dB;PD组频率差辨别阈、强度差辨别阈均显著高于对照组(均为P<0.05)。结论与健康人相比,PD患者存在明显的中频和高频听力损失;PD患者频率差辨别阈、强度差辨别阈显著高于健康人。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of pure tone hearing thresholds and difference thresholds of patients with stage 1~3 Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods The pure tone hearing thresholds,frequency difference thresholds,and intensity difference thresholds were measured in 32 PD patients(PD group)and 32 healthy controls(control group).The differences between the pure tone hearing thresholds and the difference thresholds were compared between the two groups.Results The pure tone hearing thresholds of the PD group at 1000 Hz,2000 Hz,4000 Hz,6000 Hz,and 8000 Hz were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The average frequency difference thresholds were 81.19±17.10 Hz for men and 85.53±45.13 Hz for women in the PD group;43.93±31.20 Hz for men and 46.04±51.57 Hz for women in the control group.The average intensity difference thresholds were 5.39±1.40 dB for men and 4.99±1.89 dB for women in the PD group;2.39±0.87 dB for men and 4.22±2.05 dB for women in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with healthy controls,PD patients showed significant hearing loss in the mid-frequency and high-frequency ranges.The frequency difference thresholds and intensity difference thresholds of PD group were significantly higher than those of control group.
