摘要
本文从制造业与服务业供应链管理模式出发,分析了企业从大规模生产下的传统供应链管理模式向大规模定制下供应链柔性化管理的转变过程。研究了供应链柔性化管理是企业在大规模定制模式下的高度灵敏、柔性和集成过程,具有精准的信息传递、整体效率显著提升,适于配合先进技术使用等优点,是其他企业亦可借鉴的供应链管理模式。
Based on the supply chain management model of manufacturing and service industries,this paper analyzes the transformation process of enterprises from traditional supply chain management mode under mass production to flexible management of supply chain under mass customization.Supply chain flexible management is a highly sensitive,flexible and integrated process of enterprises in the mass customization mode.It has the advantages of accurate information transmission,significant improvement of overall efficiency,and is suitable for the use of advanced technology.It is also a supply chain management mode that other enterprises can learn from.
