摘要
目的研究早期康复护理对改善脑梗死患者肢体运动功能的临床效果。方法将该院2018年1月—2019年6月60例脑梗死患者分为两组,每组30例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者接受早期康复护理。比较两组患者的肢体运动功能、临床疗效以及生活质量情况。结果护理后,观察组患者的Barthel指数(80.78±24.21)分、Fugl-Meyer评分(79.38±22.85)分,均明显高于对照组的(65.48±20.61)分、(57.58±12.41)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.636、4.592,P=0.011、0.000);观察组患者的临床总有效率为96.67%,对照组患者的临床总有效率80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.484,P=0.000);观察组患者的生活质量评分均明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=3.263、2.442、2.936、2.435、2.691、4.322,P=0.002、0.018、0.005、0.018、0.009、0.000)。结论早期康复护理应用于脑梗死患者的临床效果显著,不仅能改善患者的肢体运动功能,还能显著提升其日常生活活动能力和生活质量。
Objective To study the clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing on improving limb motor function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty patients with cerebral infarction from January 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine care,and patients in the observation group received early rehabilitation care.The limb motor function,clinical efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the Barthel index(80.78±24.21)points and Fugl-Meyer score(79.38±22.85)points of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(65.48±20.61)points and(57.58±12.41)points,with statistical significance(t=2.636,4.592,P=0.011,0.000);the total clinical effective rate of patients in the observation group was 96.67%,and the total clinical effective rate of patients in the control group was 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=13.484,P=0.000);the quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.263,2.442,2.936,2.435,2.691,4.322,P=0.002,0.018,0.005,0.018,0.009,0.000).Conclusion The clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing applied to patients with cerebral infarction is significant,which can not only improve the patients’limb motor function,but also significantly improve their daily life activities and quality of life.
