阿托伐他汀对格列美脲治疗的糖尿病性骨质疏松症的影响被引量：1

The effect of atorvastatin on the bone mineral density of diabetic patients treated with glimepiride

摘要目的观察阿托伐他汀对糖尿病格列美脲治疗患者骨质疏松症的影响。方法采用随机单盲法将100例糖尿病患者分为格列美脲组和阿托伐他汀组,每组50例。格列美脲组给予格列美脲常规口服治疗,2mg,1次/d,阿托伐他汀组在格列美脲组基础上口服阿托伐他汀钙胶囊,10mg,1次/d。8周后检测两组空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)并进行骨密度测定。结果与格列美脲组比较,治疗后阿托伐他汀组LDL水平明显降低(P<0.01),其余指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且阿托伐他汀组左侧全髋、股骨颈和腰椎(L1-4)骨密度水平均明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论阿托伐他汀可以升高糖尿病格列美脲治疗患者的骨密度,对糖尿病性骨质疏松患者具有应用价值。
