摘要
目的:探讨黄连解毒汤联合西药治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在科2016年1月-2019年6月收治的小儿急性扁桃体炎患者80例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组采用头孢克肟颗粒治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予黄连解毒汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、咽痛消失时间、发热消退时间及扁桃体缩小时间。结果:治疗后3、7 d,治疗组总有效率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组咽痛消失时间、发热消退时间和扁桃体缩小时间均显著早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄连解毒汤联合西药治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎的临床效果显著,可缩短复时间。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute tonsillitis in children.Method:A total of 80 children with acute tonsillitis admitted in our department from January 2016 to June 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Cefixime Granules,and the treatment group was treated with Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Treatment effect,disappearance time of pharyngalgia,disappearance time of fever,and tonsil shrinkage time were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group 3 and 7 days after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pharyngalgia,disappearance time of fever,and tonsil shrinkage time in the treatment group were significantly earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with western medicine has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of acute tonsillitis in children and can shorten the recovery time.
