摘要
目的:探讨复杂胫骨平台骨折患者延期内固定手术治疗对膝关节功能评分的影响。方法:选择2018年4月-2019年4月本院收治的140例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组70例。对照组给予根骨结节牵引治疗,观察组采用延期内固定手术治疗。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间及两组疼痛情况、膝关节评分、膝关节活动度。结果:观察组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,膝关节功能评分、屈伸活动度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肢体功能恢复的优良率为75.71%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复杂胫骨平台骨折患者延期内固定手术治疗能够缩短住院时间,减少术中出血量,缓解患者的疼痛程度,促进膝关节功能恢复,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of delayed fixation surgery on knee function scores in patients with complex tibial plateau fractures.Method:A total of 140 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,70 cases in each group.The control group was given traction treatment of root bone nodules,the observation group was treated with delayed internal fixation.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,fracture healing time,pain,knee joint score and knee joint range of motion of the two groups were compared.Result:The operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the operation,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the knee joint function score and flexion and extension range of motion were higher than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of limb function recovery in the observation group was 75.71%,higher than 60.00%in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Delayed internal fixation for patients with complex tibial plateau fracture can shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce intraoperative blood loss,relieve the pain of patients,and promote the recovery of knee function,which is worthy of popularization and application.
