蓝色减反射膜的设计与制备

摘要 一些光学系统存在蓝光过量问题,容易破坏成像色彩平衡。本文利用专业膜系设计软件,采用Needle优化法进行膜系设计,使用离子辅助沉积的方法制备了蓝色减反射膜。这种光学薄膜可以将440~500 nm范围的平均反射率控制在1.3%左右,而其他可见光的平均反射率为0.3%左右,蓝光反射率比其他可见光的反射率高1.0%左右,可以有效消除蓝光过量导致的成像偏色问题。 Some optical systems have the problem of excessive blue light,which can easily destroy the image color balance.This paper used professional film design software,adopted Needle optimization method for film design,and used ion-assisted deposition to prepare blue anti-reflection film.This optical film can control the average reflectance in the range of 440~500 nm to about 1.3%,while the average reflectance of other visible light is about 0.3%,and the reflectance of blue light is about 1.0%higher than that of other visible light,which can effectively eliminate Image color cast caused by excessive blue light.
