摘要 介绍了高效液相色谱技术与液相色谱质谱联用技术的基本概念,在化工生产过程中,高效液相色谱与液相色谱质谱联用技术的应用,能够高效、准确对未知组分定性和定量。从液相色谱分析方法的内涵着手,分析了其在有机化工生产过程中的实际应用。 The basic concepts of HPLC and LC-MS technology are introduced.In the chemical production process,the application of HPLC and LC-MS technology can efficiently and accurately qualitatively and accurately identify unknown components and Quantitatively.The author started from the connotation of the liquid chromatography analysis method and analyzed its practical application in the organic chemical production process.
