摘要
本文采用海因型环氧树脂为基材、α-氧化铝为填料,制备了海因型环氧树脂/氧化铝复合材料,并进行机械性能、电气绝缘性能和热力学性能研究。结果表明,海因型环氧树脂/氧化铝复合材料拉伸强度达到85.54 MPa,击穿强度达到30.8 kV/mm,耐电弧性能达到362.2 s,玻璃化转变温度达到147.2℃,各项性能优异,可用于生产GIS产品的绝缘件。
In this paper,hydantoin epoxy resin/alumina composites were prepared by using hydantoin epoxy resin as the base material and α-alumina as the filler.The results show that the tensile strength of hydantoin epoxy resin/alumina composite reaches 85.54 MPa,the breakdown strength reaches 30.8 kV/mm,the arc resistance reaches 362.2 s,the glass transition temperature reaches 147.2℃,and all properties are excellent,which can be used to pro⁃duce insulation parts of GIS products.
