摘要
为了明确大庆油田某采油厂管道腐蚀成因及治理对策,采用宏观调查统计与微观腐蚀分析方法,开展管道失效分析。结果表明,Ⅰ类管道失效根本原因是外防腐层绝缘性能差,管道建设过程中未做焊道补口,或在处理事故过程中未做防腐层修复。Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类管道失效原因包括:建设期管道防腐保温层预制和施工质量不合格;运行期管道阴极保护覆盖率低,运行效果差,防腐保温层破损点多;管道输送介质复杂,氧、细菌和垢引起严重内腐蚀。依据上述管道失效原因,从管道更换、检测、外修复、内修复、管道和站场完整性试点工程、阴极保护维修等方面,开展了管道失效治理,效果显著。
In order to clarify the cause of pipeline corrosion in an oil production plant of Daqing Oilfield and the countermeasures for its treatment,the method of macro investigation and statistics and micro corrosion analysis are adopted to carry out pipeline failure analysis.The results show that the root failure cause of classⅠpipelines is the poor insulation performance of anti-corrosive coating,and the weld joint is not repaired in the pipeline construction process,or the anti-corrosive coating repair is undone in the process of handling the accident.The failure causes of classⅡandⅢpipelines include the prefabrication and construction quality of pipeline anti-corrosion insulation during the construction period are unqualified,the coverage of cathodic protection is low,the operation effect is poor,and there are many damage points of anti-corrosion insulation coating during the operation period,and the pipeline transport medium is complex,and oxygen,bacteria,and scale cause serious internal corrosion.According to the above causes of pipeline failure,from the pipeline replacement,testing,external repair,internal repair,pipeline and station pilot project,and cathodic protection maintenance,the pipeline failure treatment has been carried out and the effect is remarkable.
