摘要
机组一次调频性能对电网频率安全稳定具有非常重要的影响,但目前缺乏有效的综合评价方法。在分析一次调频各项性能指标的基础上,构建了包含响应滞后时间、稳定时间、调频响应幅值、实际转速不等率、调频贡献度指数等指标的机组一次调频性能评价体系,提出了基于熵权-密切值法的机组一次调频性能综合评价方法。利用某电厂深度调峰后一次调频性能试验数据和某地区统调机组的WAMS一次调频实际动作性能数据,对基于熵权-密切值法的一次调频性能综合评价方法进行了验证。算例分析结果表明,所提出的机组一次调频性能综合评价方法是有效的。
The primary frequency regulationperformance of the unit has a very important impact on the frequency safety and stability of the grid,but there is a lack of an effective comprehensive evaluation method at present.Based on the analysis of the performance indexes of the primary frequencyregulation,this paper constructs anevaluation system of the primary frequency regulationperformanceof the unit including the response lag time,settling time,frequency regulation response amplitude,actual speed unequal rate,frequency regulation contribution index and other indexes,and puts forward a comprehensive evaluation method of the primary frequency regulation performance of the unit based on entropy weight-osculating value method.The comprehensive evaluation method of the primary frequency regulation performance based on entropy weight-osculating value method is validated by using the experimental data of the primary frequency regulation performance of a power plant after deep peak regulation and the actual operation performance data of WAMS primary frequency regulation of a regional unit.The results of the example analysis show that the comprehensive evaluation method of the primary frequency regulation performance of the unit proposed in this paper is effective.
