摘要
针对建筑运营阶段和新技术的发展,根据公共建筑的特点,基于物联网、大数据、人工智能等技术,结合一系列的智慧化技术对策和手段,提出了集智慧监测、智慧巡检、智慧调控、智慧管理于一体的建筑智慧化运营管理技术体系,并实现技术应用,取得了良好的效果。
In view of the construction operation stage and the development of new technology,according to the characteristics of public buildings,based on Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies,combined with a series of intelligent technical countermeasures and means,this paper puts forward a building intelligent operation and management system which integrates intelligent monitoring,intelligent on-site inspection,intelligent control and intelligent management,which realizes the technical application and achieves good results.
