摘要
"双高计划"实施落地,为高职院校的发展提供了明确的目标和新机遇,尤其是在乡村振兴这个大的环境下,农业类高职院校需要探索出人才培养的新路径。辅导员是高职院校人才培养的重要参与者,其职业能力提升关系着人才培养的质量。本文着眼于农业类高职院校辅导员胜任力的现状与发展,提出"双高计划"背景下辅导员的胜任力模型。
The implementation of the"double high plan"provides clear objectives and new opportunities for the development of higher vocational colleges,especially in the context of rural revitalization,agricultural higher vocational colleges need to explore a new path of talent training.Counselor is an important participant in the talent training of higher vocational colleges,whose professional ability improvement is related to the quality of talent training.This paper focuses on the current situation and development of the competency of counselors in agricultural higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the competency model of counselors under the background of"double high plan".
