摘要
目的探讨葶苈大枣汤结合麻杏石甘汤在肺炎患儿中的应用价值。方法选取2018年5月—2019年5月儿科收治的50例肺炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各25例。对照组采取常规抗生素治疗的方法,研究组使用葶苈大枣汤结合麻杏石甘汤治疗,比较2组的临床治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率为92.00%,显著高于对照组76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葶苈大枣汤结合麻杏石甘汤治疗肺炎患儿的临床效果明显,安全性较高,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To explore the application value of Tingli Dazao decoction combined with Maxing Shigan decoction in the treatment of pneumonia in children. Methods 50 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine antibiotics, and the study group was treated with Tingli Dazao decoction combined with Maxing Shigan decoction. The clinical treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The cure rate of the study group was 48.00%, the total effective rate of the study group was 92.00%, which was significantly higher than 76.00% of the control group. The clinical treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of pneumonia in children, the clinical effect of combination of Tingli Dazao decoction and Maxing Shigan decoction is obvious and safe, which is worthy of clinical application.
