摘要
根据分子生物学证据,研究鲎与其他物种的亲缘关系。结果发现:鲎与蛛形纲生物亲缘关系最为密切,两者共属于节肢动物门螯肢亚门生物;与鲎亲缘关系较近的还有多足亚门生物;甲壳亚门和六足亚门与鲎之间的亲缘关系较远。此外,鲎还保留了原始软体动物向低等脊椎动物进化的证据,对节肢动物门生物乃至动物界的演化研究都具有极为重要的意义。
In this study,the relationship between horseshoe crab and other species was studied on the basis of molecular biology evidence.The results showed that horseshoe crab and arachnids are closely related and both of them belong to the branch of arthropod chelate.And there are also Myriapodia that are close to horseshoe crab,and the relationship between Crustacea,Hexapoda and horseshoe crab is distant.In addition,horseshoe crab has preserved the evidence of the evolution of primitive mollusks to lower vertebrates,which is of great significance to the study of the evolution of arthropods and even all the animals.
