摘要
在分析现有充气防寒服研究及市场现状的基础上,文章探讨了当前充气防寒服在通风设计方面存在的问题。首先介绍了充气防寒服的保暖原理及影响其通风性能的3个因素,然后在分析目前防寒服通风设计手段在充气防寒服上的适用性的基础上,从面料与服装2个层面提出了充气防寒服通风设计的优化方案,进而从透气性面料的合理配置以及服装开口设计2个方面提出了充气防寒服通风设计的关键问题。最终认为,充气防寒服通风设计应在考虑其通风性能影响因素的基础上,结合服装多层织物系统及中间密闭空气层的特性以及人体生理特性,明确针对充气防寒服的透气性面料的合理配置,各层间松量配比以及开口大小与位置的定量化控制,以满足人体不同的散热量需求。
Based on the analysis of the current research and market status of the inflatable cold protective clothing,this paper discusses its existing problems in the ventilation design.First,the thermal insulation principle and three factors that affect the ventilation performance of the inflatable cold protective clothing were introduced.And then,based on the analysis of the applicability of the current ventilation design methods,the paper put forward related optimization scheme from fabric and garment,as well as the key issues of ventilation design based on the reasonable configuration of breathable fabric and clothing opening design.In the end,besides the influence factors of its ventilation performance,the ventilation design of the inflatable cold protective clothing should consider the characteristics of a multi-layer fabric system,the hermetic air layer in the middle,and the physiological characteristics of the human body.The reasonable configuration of the breathable fabrics of the inflatable cold protective clothing was clarified;the loose volume ratio between each layer,and the quantitative control of the opening size and position were elucidated,so as to meet the different heat dissipation requirements of the human body.
