摘要
目的探讨以家庭为中心的群组式干预应用于成人癫痫护理的效果与价值。方法将本院神经科2017年8月至2019年1月收治的80例癫痫患者纳入研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组采用常规癫痫护理干预,观察组采用以家庭为中心的群组式干预,对比分析两组患者干预前、干预3个月、干预6个月的癫痫患者生活质量评定量表评分(QOLIE-31),6个月后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及服药依从性。结果干预3个月与6个月以后,观察组的QOLIE-31量表各项评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);6个月干预后的SAS评分≥50分、SDS评分≥53的患者明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);6个月干预后观察组的用药依从性比对照组显著好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的群组式干预对成人癫痫护理的效果显著,明显提升患者的生活质量,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the effects and value of family-centered group intervention in nursing of adult epilepsy.Methods Eighty patients with epilepsy who were admitted to Department of Neurology of the hospital from August 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method,40 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were givenroutine nursing of epilepsy while patients in the observation group were given family-centered group intervention.The Quality of Life in Epilepsy Inventory(QOLIE-31)scores before the intervention,after 3 months and 6 months of intervention,scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)after 6 months of intervention and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months and 6 months of intervention,QOLIE-31 scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Patients with SAS score≥50 pointsand SDS score≥53 points were significantly fewer than the control group after 6 months of intervention(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the medication compliance of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of family-centered group intervention are obvious in nursing of adult epilepsy.It can significantly improves quality of life of patients,with clinical promotion value.
