反应性PUR胶粘剂,具有无溶剂,粘结强度高,快速固定,耐水洗耐老化,少VOC排放等优点。本论文主要阐述了反应型热熔聚氨酯PUR在不同行业的应用及发展趋势,如在工业民用行业应用越来越广,包括建材,木工,汽车,纺织,电子,家用电器等等都有广泛应用,并根据反应型热熔聚氨酯的粘结原理设计分析综合得出市场的痛点及研究方向为功能通用化、双重固化、包装多样化等。
Reactive polyurethane adhesive,PUR,has the advantages of solvent-free,high bonding strength,fast fixation,water washing,aging resistance and little VOC.The application and development trend of reactive polyurethane in different industries,such as electronics,automobile,woodworking,building materials and other industries,were mainly described.According to the analysis of adhesive principle,which can be workable for the marketing requirement,the R&D direction are that function can be used for different applications,bi-curing mechanism,various package for different requirements.
