摘要
目前各种先进的医疗器械设备开始在临床诊疗中广泛应用。一方面有效提高了疾病诊疗效率和诊疗效果,提高了医院的收益情况;另一方面由于医疗器械设备所引发的医疗纠纷问题也逐渐凸显。对于血透室来说,涉及到的精密医疗器械设备较多,这些医疗器械设备往往技术含量较高,操作较为复杂,而且使用频率较高,在这种情况下如果设备管理不当出现风险问题,将可能直接影响患者的诊疗效果以及生命健康安全。基于此,对血透室仪器设备管理中潜在的风险因素开展了系统的归纳分析,并基于潜在风险分析结果提出了血透室医疗器械设备管理对策。
Nowmany kinds of advanced medical equipment have been widely used in clinical diagnosis and treatment.On the one hand,it effectively improves the efficiency and effect of diagnosis and treatment of diseases,and improves the income of hospitals;on the other hand,the medical disputes caused by medical devices and equipment are gradually prominent.For the hemodialysis room,there are many precision medical devices and equipment involved.These medical devices and equipment often have high technical content,complex operation,and high frequency of use.Therefore,if the equipment management is improper and there is a risk problem,it may directly affect the diagnosis and treatment effect and life health and safety of patients.Based on this,this paper systematically summarizes and analyzes the potential risk factors in the management of instruments and equipment in hemodialysis room,and puts forward the management countermeasures of medical instruments and equipment in hemodialysis room based on the results of potential risk analysis.
