神经内镜与显微手术两种治疗方法用于高血压基底节区脑出血治疗的效果分析 被引量:4

Analysis of the Effects of Neuroendoscopy and Microsurgery in the Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage in the Basal Ganglia

摘要 目的:分析神经内镜手术方法与显微手术方法治疗高血压基底节区脑出血的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年1月在本院收治的高血压基底节区脑出血患者134例作为研究对象,按照不同的手术方法分为内镜组和显微组,每组67例,内镜组行神经内镜干预,显微组行显微手术干预,对比两组的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果:内镜组治疗效果高于显微组,治疗后内镜组不良反应发生率低于显微组,组间数据差异比较明显,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗高血压基底节区脑出血过程中,临床上应用神经内镜干预治疗,效果显著,手术指标佳,不良反应率低,可提高患者生活质量。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of neuroendoscopic surgery and microsurgery in the treatment of hypertensive basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 134 patients with hypertensive basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into endoscopic and microscopic groups according to different surgical methods,with 67 cases in each group,Neuroendoscopy intervention was performed in the endoscopy group,and microsurgery intervention in the microscopy group.The treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effect of the endoscopy group was higher than that of the microscopy group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the endoscopy group was lower than that of the microscopy group after treatment.The data difference between the groups was obvious and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia area,clinical application of neuroendoscopic intervention therapy has significant effects,good surgical indicators,and low adverse reaction rate,which can improve the quality of life of patients.
