压电复合圆盘水声换能器弯曲振动理论与参数 被引量:1

Bending Vibration Theory and Parameters of Underwater Acoustic Transducer with Piezoelectric Composite Disk

摘要 为使小尺寸压电复合圆盘水声换能器具有良好的低频响应性能,采用能量法对三叠片压电圆盘复合振子水声换能器的振动特性进行研究,给出了弯曲圆盘水声换能器的基本参量表达式,得出了在简支边界条件下,等厚三叠片所构成的压电圆盘具有最大等效机电耦合系数。通过实际结构水声换能器实验,结果表明:采用不同的金属基板,发现在有效机电耦合系数上,锰黄铜的性能要稍微优于铝合金和钛合金。在谐振频率方面,其实测值与理论计算值相差不大,采用能量法进行近似理论分析比较切合实际,为此类压电水声换能器的设计和实际应用提供了参数设计计算方法。 In order to make underwater acoustic transducer with small-scale piezoelectric composite disk have good low-frequency response performance.The vibration characteristics of the tri-laminated piezoelectric disc composite vibrator are studied by energy method.The maximum equivalent electromechanical coupling coefficient is obtained for the piezoelectric disk composed of equal-thickness triply under the boundary condition of simple support.The results show that the performance of manganese brass is slightly better than that of aluminum alloy and titanium alloy in the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient.In terms of resonance frequency,the measured value is not much different from the theoretical value,the approximate theoretical analysis with the energy method is practical,which provides the parameter design calculation for the design and practical application of this kind of piezoelectric underwater acoustic transducer.
