多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素水平及多毛症评分与听阈的相关性 被引量:5

Correlation of sex hormones levels and hirsutism score with hearing thresholds in polycystic ovary syndrome patients

摘要 目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者性激素水平及多毛症评分与听阈的相关性。方法纳入40例PCOS患者(PCOS组)和20例健康青年女性志愿者(对照组)。比较两组研究对象的血清性激素水平、改良Ferriman-Gallwey评分(mFG评分,多毛症评分),以及中低频、高频和扩展高频纯音听阈。结果PCOS组的黄体生成素(LH)、总睾酮水平、LH/卵泡刺激素(FSH)比值、mFG评分、高频听阈和扩展高频听阈均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。PCOS组LH水平、LH/FSH比值、总睾酮水平及mFG评分与高频听阈、扩展高频听阈均无相关性(均P>0.05)。结论PCOS患者的性激素水平及多毛评分均与听阈无关,高雄激素水平在PCOS患者的早期听力损失中的作用尚需进一步论证。 Objective To explore the correlation of sex hormones levels and hirsutism score with hearing thresholds in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Forty PCOS patients(PCOS group)and 20 healthy young female volunteers(control group)were included.Serum sex hormones levels,modified Ferriman-Gallwey score(mFG score)for hirsutism assessment,as well as low-medium,high and extended high frequency pure-tone hearing thresholds were compared between the two groups.Results The PCOS group yielded higher luteinizing hormone(LH)and total testosterone levels,higher LH/follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)ratio,higher mFG score,as well as higher hearing thresholds at high and extended high frequencies as compared with the control group(all P<0.05).In the PCOS group,LH level,LH/FSH ratio,total testosterone level,or mFG score did not correlate with hearing thresholds at high or extended high frequency(all P>0.05).Conclusion Sex hormones levels or hirsutism score does not correlate with hearing thresholds in PCOS patients,and the role of hyperandrogenism level in the early hearing loss of PCOS patients still needs further demonstration.
