摘要
职业倦怠现象的产生是多方因素综合作用的结果。职业的社会认可度和知晓度低、薪酬待遇与社会地位低、人才培养存在短板、专业机构的支持欠缺、个体因素等,是青少年社会工作者职业倦怠问题产生的主要原因。构建社会工作友好型社会,完善社会工作者的管理与支持,增强青少年社会工作者的专业自律等,是应对青少年社会工作者职业倦怠问题的策略。这一问题的有效预防与解决,会极大地促进我国社会工作职业化和专业化的发展。
Occupational burnout is the result of a combination of factors.Occupational social recognition and awareness,low salary and social status,shortcomings in talent training,lack of support from professional institutions,and individual factors are the main causes of youth social workers'job burnout.Constructing a social work-friendly society,improving the management and support of social workers,and strengthening the professional self-discipline of young social workers are strategies for dealing with the job burnout of young social workers.The effective prevention and resolution of this problem will greatly promote the development of professionalization and specialization of social work in our country.
