摘要
研究国家教学督导制度的发展,指出高等学校开展教学督导制度的必要性,不仅是提高教学质量的手段,也是学校自主办学的需求。分析校本教学督导制度的实施与取得的阶段性成果,探讨以此为契机的教学质量改进的途径,在加强质量评价保障体系、质量保障主体意识、质量督导评估、发挥督导专家多方面作用等方面,开展与之相关的理论与实证研究。
This paper studies the development of national teaching supervision system,points out that the necessity of teaching supervision system in higher education institutions is not only a means to improve the quality of teaching,but also a demand for self-sponsorship.It analyzes the implementation of the school-based teaching supervision system and the staged achievements,explores the ways to improve the quality of teaching,carries out theoretical and practical research,in strengthening the quality evaluation system,quality assurance awareness,quality supervision and evaluation,and playing the role of supervision experts.
