摘要
通过对比20例顽固性周围性面瘫患者针刺睛明穴前后及1个疗程前后患者眼部症状的变化,发现针刺睛明穴不论是即时效应还是远期疗效都得到肯定,该穴能改善顽固性面瘫患者的眼部症状,促进眼睑闭合,减少溢泪。最后笔者从中医经络腧穴,病因病机及西医解剖等方面探讨该穴治疗顽固性面瘫患者眼部症状的有效性及安全性操作,以期为广大临床工作者提供参考。
By comparing the changes of eye symptoms in 20 patients with intractable peripheral facial paralysis before and after acupuncture and after the first course of treatment,the author found that both immediate effect and long-term curative effect were confirmed.And it was found that Jingming(BL1)could improve the ocular symptoms,promote eyelid closure and reduce tear overflow,and explored the effectiveness and safe operation of Jingming(BL1)in the treatment of ocular symptoms in patients with intractable facial paralysis from the aspects of meridians and acupoints,etiology and pathogenesis and anatomy of western medicine,so as to provide reference for the majority of clinical workers.
