摘要
[目的]系统评价中药外敷与硫酸镁外敷对注射所致皮下硬结的疗效和安全性。[方法]通过计算机检索万方数据知识服务平台(WanFang)、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(Sinomed)、维普数据库(VIP)、PubMed以及Cochrane图书馆中关于中药和硫酸镁外敷治疗注射所致硬结的随机对照试验(randomized control trials,RCTs),检索时间为数据库建库至2019年3月。文献检索和资料提取由2名研究者独立进行,并利用Jadad评分量表对文献质量进行评价,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行数据分析。[结果]共纳入17篇RCT文献,共计1139例硬结病人。Meta分析结果显示,中药外敷对皮下硬结治疗效果优于硫酸镁外敷[治愈率RR=2.89,95%CI(2.39,3.51),总有效率RR=[1.99,95%CI(1.62,2.45)];中药外敷不良反应发生率低于硫酸镁外敷[RR=0.18,95%CI(0.03,1.01)];中药外敷硬结消退时间较硫酸镁外敷短[RR=-2.53,95%CI(-2.90,-2.16)]。[结论]中药外敷对注射所致硬结的疗效优于硫酸镁外敷,不良反应发生率更低,硬结消退所需时间更短,且治疗过程安全、简单、无创。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of external application of traditional Chinese medicine and magnesium sulfate on subcutaneous induration induced by injection.Methods:Through the computer to retrieve the randomized controlled trials(randomized control trials,RCTs)about external application of traditional Chinese medicine and magnesium sulfate on subcutaneous induration induced by injection from Wan Fang database,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese biomedical literature service system(Sinomed),VIP medicine information system,PubMed and Cochrane Library,retrieved from the founding of database until March 2019.Literature retrieval and data extraction were carried out independently by 2 researchers,and literature quality was evaluated by Jadad scoring scale,and data analysis was carried out by RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 17 RCTs were included and a total of 1139 patients with induration.Meta analysis results showed that external application of traditional Chinese medicine was superior to external application of magnesium sulfate in the treatment of subcutaneous induration[cure rate RR=2.89,95%CI(2.39,3.51),the total effective rate[RR=1.99,95%CI(1.62,2.45)];The incidence of adverse reactions of external application of traditional Chinese medicine was lower than magnesium sulfate[RR=0.18,95%CI(0.03,1.01)]and the extinction time was also shorter than magnesium sulfate[RR=-2.53,95%CI(-2.90,-2.16)].Conclusions:The curative effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine on induration caused by injection was better than that of magnesium sulfate,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower,the time needed for the dissolution of induration was shorter,and the treatment process was safe,simple and non-invasive.
