摘要
文章根据不同类型院校(5个纵向层次:中专技校、高职院校、本科高等院校、硕士研究生培养单位、博士研究生培养单位)的服装专业实践教学师资队伍情况,从6个横向剖析面(学历、技术水平程度与技术研发能力、审美水平、产品设计与研发能力、企业行业参与程度、市场参与程度)进行了详细分析,对影响服装专业实践师资教学能力的文化水平、专业素养、业务素养特别进行了关注,并结合新时代的“四为”精神对服装专业实践师资提出的更高要求,提出了基于产教融合的服装专业实践师资队伍建设的建议和方案。
According to the teaching resource of clothing specialty in different types of colleges(5 vertical levels:technical secondary schools,higher vocational colleges,undergraduate colleges,graduate students training units,doctoral students training units),this paper makes a detailed analysis from 6 horizontal analysis surfaces(academic qualifications,technical level and technical research and development ability,aesthetic level,product design and research and development ability,enterprise industry participation degree,market participation degree),and combined with the spirit of“four fors”in the new era of clothing professional practitioners the higher requirements of the capital,and put forward the integration of industry and education based on the clothing professional practice of teaching staff proposals and programs.
