柽柳无性系苗木耐盐性盆栽鉴定 被引量:2

Identification of salt tolerance of Tamarix chinensis clone seedlings in pot culture

摘要 以4种柽柳无性系1号、3号、7号和16号为试材,采用营养液盆栽的方法,对不同盐浓度(1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、3.0%,无盐为空白对照)处理下的成活率、株高增长量、叶片的丙二醛、叶绿素含量、脯氨酸等指标进行测定和分析,并进行评价。结果表明:盐胁迫处理下4种柽柳盆栽幼苗成活率均为100%,但株高增长受到明显抑制。随着盐浓度的增加,1号和16号的叶片细胞膜透性呈现整体上升趋势;3号、7号和16号叶片的脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量提高;1号、3号和16号的叶片丙二醛含量降低;1号、7号和16号叶片叶绿素含量先升高后下降,3号的叶片叶绿素含量先升高后下降再升高。综合评价认为,4种柽柳无性系的耐盐性由大到小依次为7号、16号、3号、1号。 The four Tamarix chinensis clones No.1,No.3,No.7 and No.16 were tested in nutrient solution pots.The survival rate,plant height,content of MDA,proline and chlorophyll of leaves were tested,analyzed and evaluated under different salt concentrations(1.0%,1.5%,2.0%,2.5%,3.0%,and no salt as the contrast.Results showed that,under salinity,the survival rate of four Tamarix chinensis seedlings were 100%,but the growth of plant height was significantly suppressed.With the increase of salt concentration,the leave cell membrane permeability of No.1 and No.16 totally increased;content of proline and soluble sugar of No.3,No.7 and No.16 increased;MDA content of No.1,No.3 and No.16 decreased;the chlorophyll content of No.1,No.7 and No.16 increased first and then decreased,and the chlorophyll content of No.3 increased first,then decreased and increased again at last.According to comprehensive evaluation,the decreasing order of salt tolerance of the four clones is No.7>No.16>No.3>No.1.
