摘要
高温平板闸阀在石油开采和冶炼中具有广泛的需求,在使用过程中因高温引起各种失效形式。文章给出了由于介质高温引发的材料热膨胀、热交变疲劳、软化、螺栓垫片松弛和密封泄露导致的阀门失效机制,通过分析失效的原因给出了高温平板阀改进和优化方法。
High temperature gate valve is urgently needed in oil exploitation and smel.However,the high temerture of the medium liquit will cause the material expension,thermal alternating fatigue,soften,bolt and washer loose,and seal leakage,which result in the failure of the gate valve.In this paper,the failure meachansim of the high temperature gate valve was analysized,and the improvement and optimization methods were introduced.
