摘要
文章通过对水冷式换热器管束腐蚀部位管束的宏观检查、微观检查、材质分析、金相分析以及电镜和能谱分析,从点蚀产生的机理和因素进行了探讨。得出影响水冷式换热器腐蚀穿孔的影响因素,并对换热器预防点蚀提出了意见和建议。
The mechanism of pitting corrosion was discussed by means of macroscopic examination,microscopic examination,material analysis,metallographic analysis,electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis.The influencing factors of corrosion and perforation of water-cooled heat exchanger are obtained,and suggestions for preventing pitting corrosion of heat exchanger are put forward.
