摘要
通过对高校图书馆非遗保护与传承的数字人文服务现状与困境的梳理与剖析,从社会营销学的理论视角思考高校图书馆组织创新、服务方式行为变革新模式,提出"点-线-面-体"创新服务路径,即精准定位,传播推广;线上线下互联,资源共享;多面共赢,提高服务能力;资源信息整合,协调一体发展。
Based on the analysis of the current situation and difficulties of digital humanities service of intangible heritage protection and inheritance,this paper considers the new modes of organizational innovation and service mode behavior change of university library from the theoretical perspective of social marketing,and puts forward innovative service path of "point-line-area-body",precise positioning,dissemination and promotion;online and offline interconnection,resource sharing;win-win in many aspects,improving service ability;resource information integration,coordinated and integrated development.
