摘要
采用文献研究法对国内公共图书馆突发公共事件应对相关研究进行梳理和分析,对突发公共事件应对机制较为完善的英、澳、美三国公共图书馆的相关立法、行业指南和典型事件进行分析和研究,并提出其对我国公共图书馆的启示,即加强突发公共事件应急预案建设,培养灾害应对意识,丰富图书馆的社会服务角色,形成协作长效机制。
This paper uses the method of literature research to sort out and analyze the relevant research on the public emergency response of domestic public libraries,studies and analyzes the relevant legislation,industry guidelines and typical events of public libraries in Britain,Australia and America,which have relatively perfect public emergency response mechanism,and puts forward the enlightenment to China’s public libraries,that is,strengthen the construction of public emergency response plan and cultivate the sense of disaster response,enrich the social service role of the library,form a long-term mechanism of cooperation.
