SF、MCP-1水平与糖尿病肾病透析患者感染的相关性研究 被引量:8

Correlation between SF,MCP-1 and infection in dialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy

摘要 目的探讨血清铁蛋白(SF)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平与糖尿病肾病透析患者感染的相关性。方法选取2016年3月至2019年3月在合肥市滨湖医院治疗的糖尿病肾病血液透析患者118例,根据有无感染分为感染组和非感染组,每组59人;同时选取糖尿病肾病非血液透析患者60例作为对照组,检测各组人员血清SF和MCP-1的表达水平,Logistic回归分析SF和MCP-1与糖尿病肾病血液透析合并感染的相关性。结果感染组患者SF、MCP-1水平表达明显高于非感染组和对照组(P<0.05);感染组糖尿病患者的血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平表达明显高于非感染组和对照组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,SF和MCP-1与糖尿病肾病血液透析感染的发生有关(P<0.05)。结论SF和MCP-1表达水平与糖尿病肾病透析患者感染的发生、发展密切相关,应及时关注糖尿病肾病血液透析患者SF和MCP-1表达水平,降低感染的发生。 Objective To identify of the relationship between serum ferritin(SF),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and hemodialysis associated infection in diabetic nephropathy.Methods 118 hemodialysis patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy who were treated in Binhu Hospital of Hefei from March 2016 to March 2019 were divided into infection group and non infection group according to the presence or absence of infection,59 people in each group.60 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.The expression levels of SF and MCP-1 in serum of each group were detected,and the relationship between SF and MCP-1 levels and hemodialysis complicated infection of diabetic nephropathy was analyzed.Results The levels of SF and MCP-1 in infection group were significantly higher than those in non infection group and control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of Scr,BUN and HbA1 c in infection group were significantly higher than those in non infection group and control group(P<0.05).The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that SF and MCP-1 were closely related to the incidence of infection in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy(P<0.05).Conclusions The expression levels of SF and MCP-1 were closely related to the occurrence and development of infection in patients with diabetic nephropathy dialysis.Attention should be paid to the expression levels of SF and MCP-1 in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy in a timely manner to reduce the incidence of infection.
